Blog

Thank you for visiting my blog! I provide resources for women seeking tips on healthy habits & time management skills so they can find more time for family and fun!

And because my background is in pelvic health physical therapy, you’ll find a lot of information about pelvic health, too.

I think women’s health is such a taboo topic in our society. Women’s health and fitness information should be accessible, approachable, and practical. So, I like to write on these topics conversationally to make the content fun and easily digestible.

If we’re uncomfortable discussing these issues, our daughters will be, too.
